Welcome to Sports Fountain, a sports news and community platform owned and operated by The Peoples Lens Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sportsfountain.com, including our articles, news, rumors, analysis, Fan Zone, community features, newsletters, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Community Participation:Your use of the Fan Zone, comments, and other interactive features is subject to our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate participation in response to violations, security threats, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for fraudulent purposes, or attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization.

3. User-Generated Content
Sports Fountain allows users to publish comments, submit Fan Zone topics, participate in discussions, and share other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of the original content you submit.

By publishing User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, modify, and create derivative works of that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Services.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to the Company or authorize unrelated commercial exploitation outside the purposes described above.

Content Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to publish your User Content and that it does not violate applicable laws or the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to User Content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights of others.

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of opinions, statements, or materials independently submitted by users.

Content Deletion: You may delete User Content through available features or request its removal. Deletion ends the license for future uses of the deleted content, except where continued retention or use is reasonably necessary for existing distributions, backups, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

Copies previously cached, shared, or distributed by third parties may remain outside our control.

4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original content published by Sports Fountain, including articles, editorial analysis, custom graphics, photographs, designs, software, logos, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
