Cleveland is playing a Game 7 tonight that this roster probably should not have needed. They had a chance to close this Raptors series three different times and couldn’t do it.

Many people have had takes about why, but former NBA point guard Raymond Felton went somewhere specific.

Speaking via NBA Courtside, sourced by @ToTheBaha on X, Felton didn’t hold much back ahead of tonight’s Game 7:

“I just don’t see the toughness. This is the same guys, the same core. You get rid of Garland. Okay, cool. Garland to me was still can hoop, but there was no level of toughness and they still missing that. I’m sorry. They was playing good when they had Tyson, the young kid. Tyson, they not playing him that much, but he got some toughness. He’s game ain’t the prettiest but he had toughness on the defensive end. He brought toughness on the court. Now he’s sitting out. That little toughness is gone. They only toughness that got is the shortest. It’s the smallest guy on their team. And that’s Dennis Schröder. And that’s nothing against Don. I think Don is tough, but that ain’t been Don persona.”
